1 Eat a healthy breakfast every morning, within the first thirty minutes of waking. This gets your metabolism off to a great start.
2 Six small meals every 2-3 hours has been proven to be the most effective way to keep your metabolism going strong and ensure that your energy levels remain constant throughout the day.

  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and keep your body running smoothly.
  • Challenge yourself to not eat so much sugar. Sugar creates strong fluctuations in blood-sugar levels, which results in a whole host of health problems.
  • Maintain an active lifestyle.  Once you begin to exercise regularly, you will discover many more reasons why exercise is so important to improving the quality of your life.
  • Make sure you get plenty of sleep.  Sleep deprivation, is often considered worse than going without food or water.
